Mr. Jesper Jarlbæk
Jesper Jarlbæk is a business angel and a professional board member of a number of growths businesses, and he has extensive experience through directorships and other offices in a number of companies operating internationally. Jesper Jarlbæk is a member of the board of directors of i.a. TORM A/S and TK Development A/S. Between 1975 and 2006, Jesper Jarlbæk was employed with Arthur Andersen most recently holding a position as managing partner. From 2002 to 2006, Jesper Jarlbæk was executive vice president with Deloitte in charge of advisory services. He holds an HD Diploma (Accounting and Financial Management) from the Copenhagen Business School (graduated in 1978) and is a state-authorized public accountant in 1981.

Mr Henrik Dam
CTO Dansk Telecom / Clearwire (Denmark)
Mr Dam has worked in the mobile industry since 1991 and has held  senior positions for Ericsson in the area of radio network research and planning. He is an internationally renowned authority on mobile radio technology 
and holds several patents. He is today CTO of leading Nordic WiMAX operator ClearWire in Denmark.

Mr Michael von Hertzen

Mr von Hertzen has worked with international business management and strategy since 1982. His extensive experience with successful high-growth companies includes more than 20 years with Nokia. Today Mr von Hertzen is a senior consultant and partner of Finnish-based Swot Consulting.

Mr Jakob Rybak-Andersen
Via Venture Partners (Denmark)
Mr Rybak-Andersen has more than a decade of experience with venture financing and is today a senior manager for Radiocomp’s main financing partner, Via Venture Partners. He has worked with business development and strategy for a number of leading & successful companies in Scandinavia.
